Richard is the Managing Director of grandkemang Hotel and the CEO for Mesa Hotels & Resorts (as member of recapital group). He oversees the Mesa Hotels & Resorts groups' hotels, properties, and yachts as well as searches for new Mesa Hotels & Resorts ventures and experiences.
Together with his team, Richard shares his passion to create new visions for the hotels and properties. Under his leadership and dedication to detail, creativity in all aspects are being encouraged as the key of professional transformation in the business challenge.

Isa has extensive experience in both in marketing and the operations aspect of hotel management. Sri represents and defines the role of Public Relations and Marketing Communications within the Mesa Hotels & Resorts group, considering it as the essential element in the development of Mesa Hotels & Resorts.
HERMAN PAKAYA Director of Finance
Herman joined grandkemang Hotel, Jakarta – Indonesia as Financial Controller. In line with the development of Mesa Hotels & Resorts, Herman was then promoted as Director of Finance of restyle.
